DEPTRUM at the 5th Global Digital Economy Industry Conference (Digital Expo 2024)
On August 27, the 5th Global Digital Economy Industry Conference & Exhibition grandly opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As an innovative company in 3D vision perception, DEPTRUM was invited to exhibit, bringing visitors a technological visual feast.

Particularly eye-catching was the Nebula 240 MIPI depth camera: based on the proprietary sToF algorithm, combining structured-light and ToF depth reconstruction, it effectively remedies the multi-path interference defects of traditional ToF — capturing ultra-high-precision 3D data at short range and performing precise depth reconstruction at longer range — providing robot vacuums, commercial service robots and other devices with faster and more accurate visual perception.
In addition, DEPTRUM displayed multiple 3D cameras including the Stellar 420 and Aurora 900. Among them, the HandPass 100 dual-modal camera — with its media-free, contactless palm-scanning technology — became a highlight of the expo. The technology brings users a more secure and intelligent payment experience: a gentle raise of the hand completes identity verification and payment, achieving true effortless payment.
Meanwhile, at the OFweek 2024 China International Automotive Electronics Conference held alongside the expo, DEPTRUM won the Vieko Cup · OFweek 2024 Excellent Smart Connected Vehicle Solution Award. Focusing on intelligent-driving enablement and ecosystem cooperation, the award aims to introduce innovative automotive electronics products and solutions to industry users and the market, encouraging more companies to invest in technological innovation and passing forward new thinking about the industry's future.
