Under the Provisions on Simplified Measures for Personal Information Protection by Small-Scale Personal Information Processors, an entity processing personal information of fewer than 100,000 individuals is a small-scale personal information processor and may apply simplified measures in areas such as notification and consent, compliance audit cycles (which may be extended to once every five years) and security incident notification. If the Company qualifies as a small-scale personal information processor, it will apply the above simplified measures as required by law. Simplification does not mean exemption from liability: we will continue to uphold the bottom line of personal information security and fulfil our core security obligations.
